Yoga and meditation are the perfect low-tech medicines for high-stress times.

These traditions are empowering. Whether you are new to yoga and meditation, concerned about stress or injuries, or simply looking for guidance in creating or deepening your own home practice, this is a perfect time to begin.

I am here to support you. We will focus on the aspects of the practice that best serve and interest you now, and our work together will grow and evolve. Private sessions are a beautiful commitment to yourself and to the path of a healthy, lifelong practice for body and mind.

Private sessions are offered at three different prices. Please pay what you can afford. You may also do a semi-private with a friend and split the fee. Classes are available both in-person (Asheville, NC) or via Zoom.
