Trusting the Earth: A Workshop on Balance

Balance is more than just a physical skill—it's a practice that evolves with us throughout our lives.  While many yoga classes include balancing poses, this workshop takes a deeper dive into understanding how balance works, both in body and mind, and how we can cultivate it at any stage of life. We’ll incorporate the insights we gain into a mindful, all-levels yoga practice designed to help you feel grounded, centered, and empowered.

This topic is so close to my heart! Having lost more than 50 percent of the function of my own vestibular system, I understand the anxiety that can arise when the ground, literally, does not feel stable beneath our feet. I would love to support you in feeling more confident in your balance, whether in yoga, sports, or daily life.

If you are unable to join live on zoom, no worries! Everyone who signs up will receive a downloadable recording for their personal use at any time!

Saturday Yoga at Noon is back! This friendly, all-levels, slow flow will help you start your weekend right! Expect clear specific instruction, mindful challenges and plenty of personal support. For just $15, you also receive the class recording (good for one week) by Saturday night!

Whether you choose to practice live in community on Saturday morning and/or on your own at another time, this class will support you in tuning into the beauty of your own embodied self.

Put Your Tush on the Cush!

Join a community of meditators every (or any) day, at 8:00AM, on Zoom. Primarily a sitting group, a place to find some stability and sangha for twenty minutes each morning, this meditation cooperative welcomes all lineages and traditions. There is no cost and no registration. Most days will simply be in silence, with perhaps a short reading for inspiration. Occasionally, sessions will be guided.
