This practice guides you through some basic principles and techniques of Mindfulness Meditation.


Mountain pose meditation

In this mini-practice I talk you through a standing meditation. It is the perfect break when you’ve been sitting a lot and your mind is feeling jumbled. Close your computer, turn off your phone, take a quick stretch and hit “play.”


Body Scan

This practice is done lying down so  find a good spot for yourself before getting started. Based on a technique developed in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) this meditation cultivates deep concentration and body-based awareness.
