Yoga and meditation are the perfect low-tech medicine for high-stress times.

I offer classes and workshops for individuals and small groups, as well as corporate well-being initiatives.

I look forward to getting to know you better and designing a program in which perceived obstacles can become the path toward a healthy, lifelong practice for body and mind.

These traditions are empowering. Whether you are new to yoga and meditation, concerned about stress or injuries, or simply looking for guidance in creating or deepening your own home practice, this is a perfect time to begin.

Given the economic challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, I will offer a limited number of slots each week on a pay-what-you-can basis. Classes are currently offered via ZOOM.
