One on One Yoga and Meditation:


Working with a teacher one-on-one is a great way to deepen your practice. Whether you are looking to learn how to meditate, to find clarity in your standing postures, or the courage to kick up to handstand, I look forward to taking the time to get to know you, and designing a practice together in which any perceived obstacles can become the path toward a healthy, lifelong practice for body and mind.

We can work from my home yoga space in Park Slope, or in your home or office. One-on-one yoga is a great gift for yourself or someone you care about.
